• Your personal information will be obtained (name, email, ...) for smoother transactions and record-keeping.
• All your information will be handled with utmost confidentiality, will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third parties

• Payment should be fully upfront via PayPal. Costumers will pay for international transaction fees.

• Purchasing digital art retains full copyright for the artist.
• Credit the artist when posting commissioned work on social media.
• The artist retains rights over the artwork, including posting on social media.REDISTRIBUTION AND COMMERCIAL USE
• As the commissioner, you have the rights to print and display the commission in your personal space and use it as a profile picture or banner on social media as long as I'm credited. Please do not modify my work without my permission.
• If you opt for a commercial plan, you will receive the exclusive rights to use the commission for monetization purposes such as promotional materials (streaming assets, book covers, posters, concept art, ..) and/or merchandise (keychains, mousepads, prints, ..). Otherwise, I reserve those rights for their intended purposes. Commercial rights cannot be resold to a third party.
• Reselling art as merchandise or animation requires an increased fee for redistribution rights/royalties.
• No selling or redistributing commissioned work for commercial use without prior discussion.
• AI or NFT-related use is strictly prohibited.ORDERING PROCESS
• After obtaining your email and informations about the order, I will send a confirmation email if your order is confirmed by the artist
•The confirmation email will includes information about the order, estimated price, revision information, estimated working time, customer information
• The payment has to be made before I work on the project.Once the payment is through I will contact to confirm
• Time-plan when I started working on the project will be informedREFUND
• I only give refund if the order is cancelled before I started working. The only exception is missing the deadline due to my own mistakes
• Refund will be through the same Paypal account with international transaction fees is on me.REVISION
• I will contact for social media account for revisions.
• You are welcome to provide feedback and revisions during main stages of the commission. Extra charges may be required if the changes increase the workload or complexity of the workNON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
